These terms govern your use of the Gia website and waitlist, and, once available, the Gia app (together, "Gia"), operated by Neem Health ("Neem Health", "we", "us", "our"). By using Gia, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Gia.

Gia is a digital health advocate designed to help you organize your health information, prepare for doctor's visits, and follow through on your care plan afterward — carrying your story across every doctor you see, so nothing gets lost in between.

Gia is not a medical provider or a medical device, and it is not FDA-cleared. Gia does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment, or provide medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a licensed healthcare professional. Always talk to a qualified provider about your health.

Joining the waitlist reserves your spot for early access to Gia. It does not guarantee access by any particular date — we manage rollout at our own pace as the app develops. Gia is offered free of charge during this early-access period.

You must be at least 18 years old to join the waitlist or use Gia. By using Gia, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Once available, Gia will let you connect sources like wearables, your phone's health data, your calendar, and your electronic health records. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us and for having the right to share any account or record you connect to Gia.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle what you connect — we do not sell it, and health records are held to a higher standard of access control than the rest of your data.

You agree not to misuse Gia — for example, by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, interfering with how it works, probing its security without authorization, or using it to violate any law or the rights of others.

Gia, including its name, branding, content, and underlying technology, belongs to Neem Health. Nothing in these terms gives you rights to use our intellectual property except to access Gia as intended.

Gia is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that Gia will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we don't guarantee any particular health or care outcome from using it.

We don't warrant that any connected source (wearables, calendars, health records) will remain available, unchanged, or free of errors, since these depend on third parties outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Neem Health will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of Gia. Our total liability for any claim relating to Gia is limited to the amount you've paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold Neem Health harmless from any claim arising from your breach of these terms, your violation of applicable law, or your misuse of Gia.

We may update Gia or these terms as the product develops. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the effective date above and, where appropriate, let you know directly.

We may suspend or end your access to Gia at any time if we believe you've violated these terms or if we discontinue Gia. You may stop using Gia, and request deletion of your data, at any time.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
